I like to think about our new podcast as TALKING THERAPY FOR RETIREES, which I know sounds a bit like we might be portraying ourselves as therapists but, no, that’s NOT what I’m trying to say.

I don’t know about you, but I find that the process of TALKING THINGS THROUGH WITH OTHERS helps me sort out my own thoughts.  For me, it’s a THERAPEUTIC process, which helps me a lot.

Christine and I only quit our business a few months ago, and it’s a business that was OUR LIFE for decades! We are now adjusting to a new phase of our lives; and we’re learning all the time.

So we are just as much in need of this TALKING THERAPY as anybody else. In this episode, join me as I dive into the concept of time, mortality, and the urgency to embrace the present moment.

As Christine and I recently bid farewell to our long-held business, we found ourselves facing a new chapter in life—a chapter where choices become more critical than ever.

On my own in this episode I explore the sudden realization of our age and the profound impact it has on our perspectives. As we get older we attend more funerals and come face to face with other reminders of our own mortality that have awakened us to the truth: time is precious, and we must make the most of the remaining years.

Join me as I delve into the power of positive change and the necessity to seize control of our lives.

Through this new podcast we share the lessons we've learned from past decisions that transformed our existence.

But amidst the contemplation, one important message echoes through it all—to make the most of the precious present

Break free from the conditioning that postpones joy and encourages overwork. The future is no longer a vast expanse of time, now that we’ve reached our late 60s; it is a vanishing commodity, and we never know when we'll receive life-altering news.  We ALL know bad news is coming; but when?

Let's break the silence surrounding death and reframe it in a positive light.

This podcast episode sparks conversations about embracing the present moment, making life refinements, and savoring every ounce of the precious time we have left. It's a rallying cry to listeners of all ages to avoid leaving their dreams and aspirations for retirement alone, reminding them that it's never too early to start refining their lives.

Join me as I discuss how to make the most of your vanishing future
